Prime West Grill

The Prime West Grill is a great place to eat. The food was delicious and the service people were lovely and polite. My only criticism is i would have liked to see more menu selection. Maybe another chicken dish other than chicken parmigiana.

Meals were delicious (chicken parmigiana and ribs) and served in a timely manner.The ribs were meaty and the parmigiana was a good serving size.Deserts were the best. Fancy and tasty.Awesome, friendly staff.

The food was great, the servers were great, however who I believe to be the matradee was friendly, maybe too friendly, very loud, and having conversations which were of a personal nature and not what you wanted to hear over dinner with customers, this brought the mood and experience down, Not what you would expect in an establishment paying such high prices,

Our table wasnt even ready when we arrived, our booking never got pushed to the restaurant.4 of us order the porterhouse but there was only 1 in the kitchen, so we had to change our cut of meat.One of our party was served PINK Chicken on her Chicken Parmy.The apertisers came out long after the mains were done.Overall a disappointing experiance.

The food was mediocre and the service was poor. We were unable to get the waitresses attention once the meal had been delivered they often got the wrong table, our water wasn’t filled.
